We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, returns are easy.
30-day returns
Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
2-year warranty
All devices come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something fails through normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, in-ear earbuds and opened personal-care items can only be returned if defective.
